Overview
Flight schools and flying clubs run on a patchwork of scheduling tools, paper training records, maintenance spreadsheets, and separate billing systems — so the same aircraft can be grounded in one place and bookable in another. AirSync collapses that into one operating system for the flight line: five apps sharing a single account and a single truth. Ground a plane once and it is a NO-GO everywhere, instantly, with no re-entry and no silos.

Dispatch is the operational core
Aircraft and instructors share one resource timeline, so a double-booking is impossible to create. Grounded tail numbers are struck through in red the moment maintenance flags them — the schedule cannot offer an aircraft that is not airworthy.
